Ingredients Amount
Fat-Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt 1/4 Cup
Strawberries, sliced 2 Count
Blueberries 4 Count
Pepitas (Pumpkin Seeds) 1 Tbsp
Chia Seeds 1 tsp
Slivered Almonds 1 Tbsp



  • Lay out parchment paper on small baking sheet
  • Spoon yogurt into droplets onto parchment paper
  • Top with variety of sliced strawberries, blueberries, nuts and seeds
  • Freeze for 20 minutes, or until firm. Enjoy.
