Ingredients Amount
Pineapple Chunks 1/4 cup
Kiwi 1/2
Frozen Strawberries 1/4 cup
Frozen Spinach 1/4 cup
Vanilla Protein Powder 1 scoop
Coconut Water 1/2 cup



  1. Add spinach, pineapple, kiwi and strawberries into blender
  2. Add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  3. Add coconut water- may add more if needed to blend smoothly
  4. Blend ingredients until pureed and smooth
  5. Pour into glass
