Ingredients Amount
Quinoa, cooked 1/3 cup
Hard-boiled egg 1 count
Medium Roma Tomato, chopped 1/2 count
Broccoli, chopped 1/4 cup
Green Onion, chopped 2 tbsp
Olive Oil Spray 1 second spray
Optional: Sriracha Hot Sauce 2 tbsp



  1. Cook quinoa according to package directions
  2. Slice HB egg into several horizontal slices lengthwise
  3. Heat skillet to medium heat and spray for 1 second with olive oil spray
  4. Add chopped broccoli florets, green onion, and tomato
  5. Cook until tender
  6. Add to quinoa bowl, garnish with hard boiled egg
  7. Serve with hot sauce if desired.
