House Salad

Spring Lettuce Mix | 1/2 cup |
Grape tomatoes | 4 count |
Red Onion, Sliced | 1/4 cup |
House Dressing
Ingredient | Amount |
Olive Oil | 1 Tbsp |
Red Wine Vinegar | 1 tsp |
Lemon Juice | 2 tsp |
Black Pepper | 1 pinch |
Garlic, minced | 1 tsp |
Instructions
- Rinse and dry lettuce and tomatoes, peel and slice red onion.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, and onion to a large bowl. Toss.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, and minced garlic. Use fork to mix.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
