Recipe Makes: 10-12 balls

Serving Size: 2 balls

Ingredients  Amount
Almond or peanut butter 1/4 cup
Honey 1/4 cup
Rolled oats 1 cup
WLIA Dutch chocolate protein powder 1 scoop


  1. In a blender or food processor, grind oats until they form a thin, almost powder like substance.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and grind until a doughy wet mixture forms.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop up the mixture and using your hands, roll the dough into balls. Repeat this step until all dough is used up.
  4. Place protein balls in the fridge until they set and are solid. Serve cold and enjoy!
