|Cauliflower, broken into small pieces||1||head|
|Chives, fresh, chopped, as desired|
- Place cauliflower florets and garlic in a steamer basket over boiling water, cover and steam until very tender, about 12-15 minutes.
- Place the cooked cauliflower, garlic, buttermilk, and butter, into a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Transfer to bowl, garnish with chives and serve hot. Enjoy!
