Ingredients Amount
Cauliflower, broken into small pieces 1 head
Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Non-fat Buttermilk 1/3 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Chives, fresh, chopped, as desired



  1. Place cauliflower florets and garlic in a steamer basket over boiling water, cover and steam until very tender, about 12-15 minutes.
  2. Place the cooked cauliflower, garlic, buttermilk, and butter, into a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  3. Transfer to bowl, garnish with chives and serve hot. Enjoy!
