Ingredients Amount
Quinoa, cooked 1/3 cup
Tomato, chopped 1/4 cup
Red Onion, chopped 1/4 cup
Cucumber, chopped 1/4 cup
Cilantro, chopped 1 Tbsp
Lime Juice 2 tsp
Pepper To taste
Garlic Powder To taste
Jalepeño If desired




  • Add Quinoa, tomato, red onion, cucumber, cilantro, lime juice, pepper, garlic powder, and jalapeño (if desired) to large mixing bowl.
  • Combine until thoroughly mixed.
  • Enjoy immediately, or store in fridge to enjoy later.
