Ingredients Amount
Quick Cooking Oats 1/2 cup
Unflavored protein powder 1/2 scoop
Berries of your choice (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries etc.) 1-2 oz
Water 3/4 cup


  1. Microwave water on high for 2 minutes.
  2. In bowl combine oats, protein powder, and berries.
  3. Add water to oatmeal, mix thoroughly, let cool, and enjoy!
