Ingredients                             Amount
Tuna, water packed 2 oz
Olive oil 2 tsp
Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
Garlic powder to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste
Whole wheat crackers 6 crackers



  • Drain tuna.
  • Add oil and vinegar to tuna, mix thoroughly.
  • Add garlic powder and cayenne pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy with whole wheat crackers!
