Ingredients  Amount
 Avocado  1/2 medium
 Large Egg  1 count
 Pepper  to taste
 Garlic Powder  to taste
 Lime Juice  to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Slice avocado in half, and scoop 1 spoonful of avocado out of the middle to create a larger cavity for egg
  3. Place avocado on baking sheet, squeeze lime over top
  4. Crack egg into cavity in avocado
  5. Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes
  6. Top with black pepper and garlic powder to taste, garnish with cilantro if desired.
