Avocado | 1/2 medium |
Large Egg | 1 count |
Pepper | to taste |
Garlic Powder | to taste |
Lime Juice | to taste |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- Slice avocado in half, and scoop 1 spoonful of avocado out of the middle to create a larger cavity for egg
- Place avocado on baking sheet, squeeze lime over top
- Crack egg into cavity in avocado
- Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes
- Top with black pepper and garlic powder to taste, garnish with cilantro if desired.
